Help with MyOrigines SE #1
I started an SE with MyOrigines for two broken perfumes.

I had my own bottles of the exact same scent so I smashed them, placed them inside and sent a photo. It felt believable as it was an international delivery (from France) but it had very little padding.

Even after saying that their courier doesn't accept broken glass and that there's blood in the package (cut myself upon opening), they refuse to process the refund without sending the parcel back. They say it's Dior's 'contract' with them that they have to receive the items back in order to be able to process a refund?

What do I do here?

The bottles I broke are the exact same perfume bottles, so I can send them back, but I don't know if it looks like it shattered in a way that would've realistically happened from transit.

It's pretty simple - box the return.

What does boxing mean in SE?
Give the Impression that the box/package was tampered with and the Item was stolen In transit.
