Hey, I'm SE'ing Ticwatch and they've said that they'll replace 'my Ticwatch' once they receive it and confirm it is not working. I assume what to do now is to box them as watches are quite light I think it will be easy, however on the prepaid shipping label it says 0.66 kg do you think this will be noticeable if its empty, if I have to do dry ice I cannot access/buy dry ice anywhere, if so does anyone recommend any boxing services.
