So i ordered 2 items both together worth 150 include shipping and taxs.... so what method should i do... i ordered from amazon usa to israel. Never tried to refund here but i said lets go on small amount and try... any suggestions guys?

Gonna need more information. What kind of items? What is the precise weight? Do you want to keep both? etc...

I just never refund my self so thought lets start with something small. Heard empty box is the best for this but idk, and yes i wanna refund both

Are you planning on SE'ing both items if so DNA if you are only doing one just claim the item was not in the box so you received the roku box and cables just not the actual device.

Its impossible to refund them both cause they both coming in the same box...and very light...

My mistake LOL i meant to ask it as a question. Dont you think empty box will work? If its that cheap and really light?

It would depend on the weight of both items combined if they are lighter than 120 grams it could but they could have CCTV and your SE will fail and it is very rare for amazon or whoever to deliver a empty box.

It's unlikely that two picking & packing errors can be made on an order that contains only the two Items.

As such and as stated above, the DNA Is the best option.
