Help what to do after RTS failed 11-24-2022, 11:15 AM

Hi,
I tried and used RTS first time.
Today i get delivery at my house and everything. RTS failed didnt get rts status in 10 days and rn wanna know ehat could i do after that.
Which option would you guys recommend to me LIT or anyother you guys have?

Who's the company and what's the Item description, Inclusive of the weight?

Do you even know how to proceed while RTS? What shop was it?

I guess lately ups rts have some problems so i didnt know and i fk up and now wanna do something with it...

The disposed of the faulty Item method can be used.
