I would like to have avoided to damage the watch case, it doesn't have any seals

Sorry but that's the point i do not understand. They request photo regards the watch box/case and without instructions.
They asked photo of the watch box/case. And asked questions for the shipping box.

They replied that want to know
-the size of the watch case and if could be pulled out from the damage of the shipping box
-and they ask for photos of the tape of the shipping box
-to tell the kind of damage to the black tape of the shipping box
