Help: What is the best way to SE a Phillip's Sonicare 9300 Toothbrush? #1
1.) I obtained a serial number for the 9300 Sonicare. Should I just go on the Phillip's website and just start troubleshooting such as it not turning on or not charging, similar to the Logitech SE?

OR

2.) Should I just order from the Phillips website and just "DNA" it.

Thanks in advance!

There are a number of suitable options.

It's entire contents weigh around 2.3 pounds, so the missing Item method will most likely fail. You can use the wrong Item received method, box them and of course the DNA. Troubleshooting will work, but be sure to prepare your SE effectively and take control when dealing with the representative.

Decided to go with the wrong item received method. The electric toothbrush I would swap is 1 lb. Since this is my first "WIR" method, would a weight of 1.3 lbs difference have an effect of the refund on Amazon going through? Can the lower end electric toothbrush and higher end electric toothbrush be purchase on the same Amazon account and same day? Thanks in advance.

Are you saying that the "overall difference" In weight Is 1.3lbs?

In terms of the account, you can certainly purchase the toothbrushes on the same consignment/order.

Yes, that is what I meant to say. The overall difference is 1.3 lbs and I was wondering once I do the item swap if that difference would have such a negative effect on pushing the refund to go. In other words, does Amazon care about that or would it be ignored?

1.3lbs Is almost 600 grams, which Is significant enough to possibly raise suspicion.

It may not happen, but It's certainly a possibility.

I see. Perhaps I'm not fully aware of the possibilities with the wrong item method. All. I have to do is find something shipped and sold by Amazon that's very similar to its weight? Doesnt have to be a similar item? I cant find any cheap electrical toothbrush that's close to 2.3 lbs.

Spot-on.

Provided It's sold (stocked) by Amazon, It can be anything you like. Something similar Is preferred, but not a necessity. Given packages are weighed on consignment, the matching weight Is of utmost Importance.

Just found an item of a shipping weight difference of 0.06 lb (27.21 g) to the main SE item. Ordered both in the same consignment/order, both shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Let's see how this goes.

Precisely how It should be done. The difference In weight Is barely noticeable, good work with that.

As developments come through, please reply.
