No company has a "policy" In place, stating that they side with the seller or delivery company over the buyer.

This Is unfair and deceptive business practice, thus Is administered and protected by the applicable law.

Correct, MS does not have this in writing as “policy” however what I stated earlier is I guess would be better noted as “procedure”. MS works together with the carrier with no other information to you as the buyer. If the carrier deems it delivered, MS will side with them no if’s, and’s, or but’s, hence having to follow up with a CB. From my understanding I was lucky, and everyone’s mileage may vary. But having experienced the return process, they are easily one of the most difficult to SE.

Is this the case each and every time- even when you have "concrete evidence" that solidifies your claim to the contrary of the carrier?

This cannot be disregarded, hence as an SE'er, this can easily be used to manipulate them In your favor.
