I Learnt a little python.
I Left Learning it until i didn't understood.
I Hope you guys understand me.
That i know all the commands but i can't make anything from it.
I Dont know how to creat a chain of commands to make any application or i don't know where to use it please help...

very true. good tutorial.
It also depends on where you're coming from.
If you have done some programming before, I would suggest focusing more on the syntactical differences between Python and whatever language you had learned.
If you haven't done any programming before, I would suggest first using Python as a calculator. Learn how to do mathematical expressions. Learn some of the default library relating to math. Then learn how to assign numbers to variables. Learn how to use variables further. Learn code structures (For loops, While statements, If statements, etc). Then you can go on to learn Python's default library. This was how I learned.
I would also suggest learning Python version 3.2
The 2.x series is very outdated.
