I'm an expert HeadHunter, focusing on identifying other professionals in the field. Most of the time, I succeed with ease. However, I want to up my game and target people who aren't actively on the market, individuals whose names I already have but whose contact information may not be readily available online. Sometimes this quest feels like a rabbit hole that I can't get out of; the hole isn't deep, just slim. I find myself stuck. I'm hoping that by sharing this here, you all can offer some guidance. Any advice would be highly valued.
