There exist any program that every time the web page reload they visit the page with another proxy?

code an application to load a proxy (next index in an array of proxies or something from a list out of a text file split by new line or comma, whatever) and load the next index in that array when the web browser sends another http web request event. Solved Smile

Otherwise if you're talking about manually using a web browser, you'll have to lookup the windows messages that get sent in when a new page is requested and hook it before accepting that page load.
