Good day, I am thrilled to have found such an amazing place with so many different resources and such a welcoming bunch. I have been reading for quite sometime, but until recently have not had a chance to really say hello and many thanks for the efforts to provide so much useful and accurate information.
I'm particularly impressed with the intricate nature of the SE'ing subculture. It seems to be subject that otherwise is rampantly defined incorrectly or generally misunderstood. Finding a source with any relevant or helpful information was a task, until I found you guys.
I'm a mom to two crazy amazing kids 5 and 9 and have been on disability for several years due to a physical disability. As a result, times have always been tight and my biggest concern is always ensuring the kids have a roof over their heads, food to eat, clean and well fitting clothes and oodles of fun and educational things to play with and watch. Given my income is fixed and not exactly generous, I guess I kind of unknowingly stumbled into the world of SE'ing without knowing it was actually a whole subculture. And trial and error led me to Socialengineers.net, which then directed me here.
I look forward to many conversations and discussions of all kinds, not strictly SE related. Thank you again for such a great place to come and chat with like minded friends and gain and eventually share knowledge (hopefully)
Lots of love,
J
