My name is Melmar from Philippines, not a hacker but I was able to crack admin panels with some scripts already. I know I still have so much to learn, please help me. Thank you. I wanna be a hacker and I need your help to achieve that goal.

Welcome to HC. Make yourself comfortable. My suggestion is you learn some programming. That will make you independend from other people's scripts and you can realize your own ideas.

Can I learn programming alone ? I never had the chance to study about computer, not even stepping into a college university. Im just a high school graduate dying to leare how to hack ..

As I already said: Programming will give you the basis to make the computer do what you want it to.
Without knowing how to program you will have a much harder time to accompish things, because you are dependend on the software other people wrote for you.
So just take a programming language and start.
