I am always in doubt about the overall programming skills if someone answers HTML to the question what programming languages you know.
Not only because it is no programming language, but also because I think most markup languages like this are not even worth mentioning. I also "know" XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, ... (meaning I can work with them, write them, understand them), but it doesn't take much to get into it, nor is it really something you learn beforehand. You learn it, when you need it.
I don't mean to criticise you, though. It is much more important what you actually do on the forums than what you say you can do
