Hey my friends, you don't give up on this. Well if my item did not arrive or the box was empty, I would be going at them like crazy. I'm not letting some lazy company send me a generic response and it's not my banks fault either. You going to let someone just take your money and not deliver? No way, get on this and on them, be upset that you didn't get your item, call and call, email, whatever. They want to wear you down, and know some will give up. Would you ever give up if they just took your money? No, I wouldn't, and it's taken months, they don't care about you or me for the most part and they can afford to wait, and will.

Don't give up at all! If you didn't get the item you wouldn't quit! Stay on them.

Okay! your right. Im gonna keep going with this, ive emailed 3 times and had a generic reply so i believe that a call tomorrow morning will suffice. I just keep being told the same thing by different people, im not sure how to grab their attention.

Just called them, it was alot of back and forth on the phone about how the investigation has been concluded but i didnt shut up so they started an investigation with the delivery company so im waiting 7 days for an outcome.

Good job, it's easy to get frustrated, but that is what they want.

An example:. If you bought a camera for $1000 and it didn't show or was damaged or lost, what would you do......you would fight like hell to get your money back or the item. No one would stop, we would keep going at them. And you would not give up your hard earned money to big business.

Some of us have gone months through the process, 6+ months. It all depends. There's a process and if you post and get solid advice, which you will, and have, the success rate is very high.
