can you explain how you nkow its f'd? quite a few months ago they made me do like a confirmation that an item was wrongly sent etc....

been sent a few emails from them saying my account is basically under review for refunds. weirdly I haven't refunded anything on it over a year. so not too sure what they are reviewing it for
