If it's randomly generated it's not even a hash. A hash is a one way algorithm, but for each hash, we cannot have more than one plain text.

I mean, if it is randomly generated, "plain" and "text" might get to be the same hash.

But maybe you just meant that you made randomly your hash function, in the case, it might be, but there is just no way to crack it if we don't have the algorithm.

You see, if you release the program, people will be able to get to the algorithm somehow, and there they might crack it, but not this way.

Well, actually, we might solve that with the algorithm only, as Psycho said. But that's fine, however.

I got the code and it is not random. It is deterministic, so it would be a hash.
But your argument is not true. Every hash function has input values that result in the same output.
The reason is, that hash functions have a bigger data set as input than as output (input can be every string of every length, the output set has exactly 2^hash_length_in_bit values). It is impossible to not have collisions. You can just take care to make it hard enough for others to find them.

I made some tests with the code and got a hash value with a different length.
Here is the output:

As you can see it is not a fixed length. The last hash value has less characters.
The sentences used as input message differ in one character only. The resulting hashes differ in a few numbers only. That already disqualifies it for usage as a cryptographic hash function as it would be too easy to find a message for a given hash value, even if you manage to make all hash values the same length.

But cryptographic hashes are not everything. Hashes are used i.e. in hashmaps to as a datastructure to save values in it which you can retrieve with a key. Those have much different requirements than cryptographic hash functions.

Just as @Deque mentioned if that's the hash then its a weak hash, though I don't have the code yet it will not be a good function. A particular hash function should have the same length for its output whatsoever the input maybe, it should have a fixed length example 20 byte or 16 bytes etc.

I recommend you that you start learning symmetric key cryptography and make some encryption algorithm using that. Symmetric key cryptography and cryptography or cryptology in general requires very good mathematical base in order to create a strong encryption algorithm.

The fourth part of my tutorial is not yet complete as I have shown there how to use mathematics to make an encryption algorithm.
