Have anyone done Luisaviaroma?

Hi I made order worth 150euros from Luisaviaroma. Now I am wondering can I SE it. Im thinking DNA or FTID, but I am littlebit unsure because I've heard that italian companies are hard to deal with. Does anyone have experience with luisaviaroma and if so how did it go

I just started a LIT with them. I’m waiting a few days to contact support. I’ll let you know how it goes. I think you should go for DNA if you can though. I wanted to DNA myself but missed the delivery.

Their customer care is very incompetent and gives out general replies, thus daily perseverance is a must because it's going to take a lot of back-and-forth emails in order to suceed.
I've read of somebody being able to even claim EB on a YSL bag, they didn't cross-check the weight with UPS.

Idk, I just paid an LIT service. It just "drops off" the parcel at the UPS access point and then the tracking is stuck there

got the package yesterday. It was given to my mother and there was no signatures needed or anything? I've done one DNA couple months ago with same shipping company then I received a call and it was left on my porch. Didnt get even a call this time. Isnt it safe to DNA?

Yes. DNA worked well. It was easy but slow took almost 2months and the refund just came without them saying anything
