Some people do not do their hair and I get it. Some people prefer to make their hair neater and that's what this thread is here for.

Recommendations.

Depending on the texture of your hair, you can get an assortment of strength for gels.

I have found this brand to really satisfy my grooming needs.

The Pomade is amazing stuff and smells really nice. I also own the Monster Hold because of the texture of my hair. (Rough and wavy.) Not a good combination if you're trying to style it.

I'm fortunate that it's not rough and curly.

Overall, they've got many quality products and I recommend the best for you all.

It's better than American Crew in my opinion.

It's not that expensive either for quality hair products.

I currently use Suavecito Firme Hold Pomade on my hair, but haven't used it so much recently. I've begun taking care of my hair more the last few months and growing it out a little whilst I experiment with styles before I decide how to get it cut, before I've always just gone to the same barber my entire life and asked for it to be cut short. I find the pomade doesn't really work too well with all the hairstyles I've been trying though, most of them would be a lot better and easier to do (near impossible with Pomade on some) with some matte styling wax, so I'm gonna get some of that soon for a bit more experimentation until I'm completely set on how to have my hair cut and styled.

I couldn't bring myself to remove the hood classic above, enjoy it as a time capsule.

I generally keep my hair short and it mostly stays down on its own.

I once used gel to keep my cowlick down.

What is a cowlick? Serious question.
