First time round was DNA
Second time around was EB
It was very time consuming and annoying to deal with chat since I was constantly being ignored and misunderstood. But after directly calling them a few times it was very easy-going.
They are much more understanding and helpful via phone call, at least in my experience.
Last night I got my money so it's finally over
And I'm left with some nice earbuds and a Christmas gift for a family member.

Hi, congrats on your success!
I'm trying to double dip, I have already EB'd and it worked. Now I'm thinking going with The Disposed Of The Faulty Item Method to close the SE when the second QC2 earbuds arrive.
I will surely have some questions for this next step as it is the first time I am usingthis method, will keep you updated soon.
