I think someone is either keylogging or hacking or using other methods to track my computer.

1)They had an access to my computer but didn't have the password, could they break in and install a software? Would there be a record for that?

2)Can you install a keylogger or software to track or hack without logging in?

3)What are the methods to track and hack a computer?

4)How can i know if i have a keylogger or a software to track or hack my computer installed?

5)If i do have, How do i delete it and prevent it from coming back?

Use netstat -an command in cmd & look who's inside ur computer...........

1.- Google "user hack windows" and judge for yourself.

2.- Google "install keylogger without user" and you'll find clues in the first two pages.

3.- What are the methods to heal a person? Loads, and very much depending on each specific case. Google "hacking a computer" and you'll get plenty of examples.

4.- A matter of choice. I'd recommend you Comodo Internet Security, because it implements Firewall and AV in one and is easy to use. Zone Alarm Firewall + Avast (or any other AV of your choice) is another option.

5.- Not always, and definitively not forever. Smart use of your computer is the safest way.

My recommendation:

1.- With your knowledge (no pun intended) and if you're really paranoid, just reinstall the system. It's the only way you're going to feel safe, and you'll get the performance bonus of having a clean install.

2.- Google and read before asking for support, so it does not seem you want us to do the effort for you. Pun intended.

Go Start>Run>cmd>write netstat -an, before you do this, be sure to close all unneeded processes that use internet connection. That way, you'll have bigger success rate.

1 and 2) I googled but i don't know how can you install it on my computer without hacking my user password or hack my user password?
Will it take 24hours to hack my user password?

3) I used MalwareBytes and it found gencrawler, backdoor, trojan.downloader and rootkit. I deleted it.
What does gencrawler and trojan.downloader do?
I had ZoneAlarm Firewall and it protected from hacking, is it possible they couldn't hack but i just had the gencrawler, backdoor, trojan.downloader and rootkit in my computer?

4) Is there a way to know if i have been hacked(with gencrawler, backdoor and rootkit) and what they have copied or deleted from my system?

5)Did i have all the hacking that exists???

6) Am i protected now? Has it deleted every hacking or tracking in my computer?
