This is already being done and its no as easy as you think. Sure you can put the data together and gather it but the bot has no eay of reading or doing stuff with the data. Youll have to make search for key words and even then it wont be enough because it wont be able to surpass your knowledge because it cant understand anything you cant because you're the one giving it the ability to read.

I also think ibm watson also works by gathering data through the internet and becoming smarter as time goes on.
