Looking for some software, that I can buy an just run without any major setting up since, I can't exactly, port forward or get a no - ip setup with the equipment I got. I know that the target phone is Android an likely most of the rest are to

Considering your primary target is android, I would suggest DroidJack (due to not knowing many others and assuming you mean RATs.) However, as you say that you cannot portforward or setup no-ip (which is problematic yet still,) then you may be out of luck. However if you can get a VPS or dedicated server, then you could try running DroidJack from there (although probably still difficult.)

i tested spynote in my samsung tab3 and worked well.
