HP monitor help needed #1
I have just SE'd a HP z23n but they want me to send the "faulty" monitor back, which i don't have.
Can i just say i already took it to the tip, or is it safest to use the boxing method?

Hmm you could say you dropped it on the floor and it smashed while trying to put it in the box, you can't ship the broken glass. Credit goes to @mothered for this.

No credit taken.

Although I mentioned something similar In another post, I'm sure you would've come up with this.

For future reference, an Item of this nature Is too big to box.

Also for future reference, the wrong Item received method works well. Purchase something significantly cheaper that they have In their Inventory (and weighs roughly the same), and send that when they request the return.

Just an update, i tried ringing them and using this excuse and they said that they still wanted me to return it, i said i couldn't because my dad took it to the tip already because he thought you couldn't ship broken glass.
He said he will need to explain my situation to someone else at HP and get back to me in a couple days but i may have to return the new monitor.
