Heres an overview. I said my monitor didnt work, blah blah blah, i checked their warranty terms AFTER SE'ing them [mb] and i realised they pick it up from you, i heard its best if they dont and that i send it in, So, i said my family has corona, and that i cannot make contact with anyone, heres their response https://imgur.com/a/K8swCTL - they said theyll come to my house, give me a box, i sanitise it, and give it back to them with the monitor in. well what can i fill it with? or is the SE over? and finally can i box it?

And the monitor is 24 inches, Its pretty heavy, like all monitors. And idk how it works, but im guessing they take the monitor straight back to hp, to minimize people who will have contact with the box? this means boxing wont work, right? Alsd, theyd carry it out quick, i said i needed it for work. Any ideas?

You should've told them you will not be available to meet their delivery arrangement.

Excuses to use (but not limited to) are:
  • Away for a few weeks due to work commitments.
  • Call for jury duty and required to remain Isolated as Instructed by the courts.
  • In the process of moving house, thus cannot commit to a scheduled delivery time & day.
  • Booked In for surgery as an Inpatient.

How will you box an Item of that size without the carrier noticing Inconsistencies/tampering at the collection point?

Also, what will you be adding to substitute the Item's weight?

Apart from It being too big to box without showing signs of tampering at the collection point, what are you planning to add as a weight substitute?

It's called an "Advanced Replacement", which Is part of HP's policy under these circumstances.

Do note that they'll bill your account for failing to send the defective unit.
