I have a SN and know it's unreg and under warranty.
Is there anything else I might need? Has anyone tried HP before?
Recommendations?

You'll need a photo with the SN, and a bill of the product.
You mean PoP like a receipt?

Yea mate sorry but i’m a little bit noob in SE and i don’t know how to SE a product using the serial number, what is the procedure?

They just ask for the serial number, that's it, mostly atleast.
A friend is nothing but a known enemy.

Be prepared to go through a series of events from their Internal department.
HP can be difficult to deal with at times.

What sorts of problems? I was thinking of just dry ice and pressing for a dispatch before it arrives.
