generally the hotel was quite poor tbf so atleast some sort of compensation was needed.

geenral upsettance with the service given to us, poor breakfast etc. just use common sense really, if you are good at SE'ing you can do anything. You can for sure do it knowing the capabilities you possess.

It's not difficult to SE free accommodation.

@stevenadams2323 I know this thread is a bit old, but did you call after or did you do it in person? Need to know which way is the most effective method here
