I would recommend not downloading it at all. It's suspicious that the user uploaded only tools w/ no introduction and doesn't reply on a single thread. The shortened URL is probably for checking how many possible infections he has. I'll check his tools in a VM later, but I highly doubt it will be anything good.

all this checkers i take it from the net from the athers sites and i share it with you
and the shortened URL i use it for checking how many downloaded

It's nothing personal, I do appreciate the uploads for sure. It's just that a lot of people here post programs, without uploading a virusscan, immediately post these programs. That's just a little sketchy. Hope you don't blame us for being carefull.
