My friend has an account with more than 200 orders on .co.uk

he already refunded a low item, around 20 euros, on his last amazon order, on .de domain (around 1 month).

Which method was used?

Is there a chance he can PEB by saying that the AirPods did not came in the box?

Precisely.

He order some butter just to test it out. He ordered from .de domain (Germany) and he told that it came broken.

That was a month ago in a different domain. I believe he can do this in .co.uk domain with PEB.
