Hello.
My friend has an account with more than 200 orders on .co.uk. The thing is that he already refunded a low item, around 20 euros, on his last amazon order, on .de domain (around 1 month).
He wants to refund some AirPods Pro.
He's planning on buying both this items on .co.uk:

Is there a chance he can PEB by saying that the AirPods did not came in the box?

Yes just remain consistent on the claim. if they ask if there was any damage say no.

He order some butter just to test it out. He ordered from .de domain (Germany) and he told that it came broken.
That was a month ago in a different domain. I believe he can do this in .co.uk domain with PEB.

Is It Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)?
I don’t know. I can only see that it’s shipped by Amazon but it’s a different person selling the product.

Whatever the case may be, Amazon Is handling the other company's Inventory.
As such, Amazon takes care of picking, packing, distribution of goods, as well as customer returns and claims. In that respect, the SE Is ready to go. Does the company operate on a medium to large scale?

I don't know the company, to be honest. He just wants to do PEB in order to maybe be more successful.
He's keeping that item. He only wants to refund the AirPods Pro.
