HELP NEEDED! #1
A delivery just came today which needed signing for, i was gunna use a fake signature but my brother answered the door and signed for it with my surname.
Is it still possible to use the DNA method and if so how would i go about it?

Oh sorry, I don’t have any experience with them. Someone else should be able to help though.

You have yourself in a pickle, Mr. Porter's customer service is great, but they track your orders religiously. I definitely wouldn't SE from them as they are very hard.

I have a few questions.

* Was the signature legible?
* What's the Item?
* How much does It weigh? (Be precise).

We're you thinking along the lines he could box them, or wrong item received?

The way I see it, if the delivery guy wrote your name himself, you could just say you didnt sign it cuz the signature is a scribble. I dont think he should be the one signing for the package since hes the delivery guy 0_0

It depends on the outcome of the questions asked.

Every driver enters the name- It's part of company procedure.

Given the signature was not legible, you can still use the DNA method. Anyone could've scribbled a signature, even the driver himself.
