I’m from the EU and I Just made a fresh account and ordered 3 items for like 300 bucks, what should I say when it arrives?

Thinking of the DNA method, should I wait a day and contact live chat or email?

a lot of people are doing zalando lately, most likely you will not succeed with the DNA method, try something else

you have only a small chance with the peb method or after delivery, to replace some things with your old ones and say that you did not receive what you ordered, they will ask you to make a return of the things you received and once they process it you will receive your money

personally, I would rather make a real refund, since there are many difficulties for such a small amount, there are stores where it will be faster and easier

I would advise against DNA.

Partially Empty Box (PEB) had a much higher chance of success. Claim that cheapest items are there, but the most expensive isn't.

Zalando is being hit hard at the moment. I hit them 2 weeks ago with PEB on 2x items, claiming that the most expensive wasn't in the box.

And even though the weight of the missing item was fairly significant, the PEB worked fine after 1 week of 'investigation'.

I have a feeling that I would have take a big L if I'd gone down the route of DNA.
