Hi everyone,
I just picked up a UPS package from Abercrombie and Fitch.
The package was delivered against my will to a UPS access point.
I put on a hood and went home to get the package. I was able to spot a surveillance camera, I don't know if it is active or not.
I showed the shopkeeper a virtual ID (fake) with the name of my package, but with a fake picture, he just visually checked the name and that was it. I signed with a completely random signature (three weird lines) and left.
I plan to do a DNA with Abercrombie but I don't know if I'm saying that the package was already delivered when I arrived in the store or if the shopkeeper himself didn't receive the package.
Please help me

Update : I spoke to a representative. I told him that the package had been to the relay point, but that I had not received anything. So, he told me: "we have to wait 48 hours to be able to continue the process and ask for a return or a refund" adding that by Tuesday I should have an answer if I receive the refund. With this, he added that I could contact UPS to know more, to which I answered that it was not up to me but to them to make the intermediary between customer and carrier: he answered me: "We cannot make any call to the outside".
Does this mean that there is no investigation and that on Tuesday I will receive a refund?

That sounds quite promising. I am surprised they said such a short timeframe. That is probably a good sign. What was the approximate value of the order, if you don't mind me asking?

It means they're currently Investigating It and If there are no Inconsistencies, a refund will most likely be processed.

Fuck cameras and stop being scared. You need to have a confident I don't give a fuck attitude to succeed with refunding.
