Did you succeed in boxing them?

It's still on progress....
After boxing they wanted a POP and I created a good one but they telling me that the POP don't match with the product informations and they need the CPU physically.... I told them that I've already send it to them... They are answering like one time every 7-10 days.. Really tired of them
