I think they have a database that makes it easier to send a package. At least in all the stores where I ordered things, they always recommend products that I recently bought or something on sale. The obvious example is women lascana, from which my wife buys, where she is always offered what she needs, as if the neural network itself has calculated exactly what she is going to order. It happens when you feel like you're missing something, and then when you go to
https://www.lascana.com/ for example and see clothes, you want to buy it.
