It's stucked pixel! Try to pressure it a little or "Deadpixel fixer" app (just search deadpixel in google play and run any app).
@bluedoge I have dead pixel on my new M8. No time to go to repair Sad((

also tried to pressure didn't fix.
Tried app no success as well.
