If the package Is dropped off without an authorizing signature, then yes, the DNA will work.

I'd say an Investigation will be opened, whereby they'll cross-check the consignment with the carrier.

So how does this method even work. Your confusing me because your saying DNA will work if the package is not signed for.

It's not confusing at all.

Simply put, If the package was left without an authorizing signature on receipt, you didn't receive It. Delivered Is not an Indicator that you personally received It.
