Graphics Card Amazon SE 10-03-2019, 11:58 AM

I've SE things on Amazon before many times but this is the most expensive item I have ever done so I want to make sure my method is going to be planned to the inch.
The product I've picked is any graphics car-d £460 - £500.
The plan is to order "fulfilled by Amazon" and order it specifically to arrive for a day where nobody will be home. The package then, due to it's value will be most likely dropped off to a neighbour where they will sign for it.
At this point I will go to grab the package and 1 hour later contact Amazon saying the checker says my package has been delivered to a neighbour but it hasn't.
They will most likely reply saying to wait a few days as usual. After two days I will further contact them via live chat and update them on what happened.
At this point I will be redirected to a "investigator agent" where I will be asked to sign a declaration of truth and send it to him via email. I will co-operate and do as asked altering the signature as I have done this before 4 times.
Now either can happen:
1. Investigation takes place due to value
2. Basic checks are done and refund is given
I am expecting them to carry out an investigation but it could not happen as the last high value item was 5 months ago on this account and has 80+ orders in between so far. The setup is perfect to make it look like a mere packing fault.
Then I get my refund issues and keep the item.
I have some questions however and am open to anyone who knows more about SE'ing.
Do I 100% have to order fulfilled by Amazon or can I use prime? I have prime on my account.
Would it be better to corrupt the scanned pdf after I have signed it to make sure I don't sign the declaration?
Again, any advice or tips are appreciated. Thank you.
