Hi [username] are u in to graphics???? I am and i wanted to start a group for all designers on HC this is the rules!

- What will do you do with the group? ( What do you stand for, what forum sections will you mostly participate in with the group )

so if you want to support me and all the designers out ther on HC Donate coins so we get 500 and can start a GFX group we need to hit 500 coins!

The forum rules do not state "You should not ask for donations"... they do in fact state

"No threads or posts for donation begging, this includes loan requests and such."

You're going to need to find an alternate method of generating the "income". But in all honesty this is not a very popular subject here, i doubt you'll find the necessary membership to make this realistic. Perhaps get the graphic forums active, invite friends and other people you know with such interests...
