Anyone tried to SE a google phone? Would love to know how good their customer service is for wrong item received

There are other companies you can SE, Inclusive of the absolute obvious being Amazon.
You can also opt for other methods- sealed box and of course, the DNA.
My point Is, It's good practice to keep your options open.
