Google Pixel Buds Pro SE

Hey, so I read you can SN the pixel buds pro, tried doing it by contacting Google through twitter, said they are completely unresponsive and were extremely hot in the ears before they died and they asked me to send a video of the buds not turning on alongside the charging case.

Adding the screenshots of the chat, how can I proceed with it?

If anyone has a video of pixel buds pro that are not turning on, might work on them as I'll slightly tweak the video before sending it to them.

I've done this with several pairs now. Send a video file with the end bit changed so it won't work. Then, when they ask about it, tell them the file works fine on your end. After, you can screenshot it and edit out the LED on the case and that should be enough to convince them it won't turn on or pair.

That's when you send them an empty box and they can't prove there was never anything in it. Google unfortunately may still not refund you due to this being so common now.
