Hello,

Phone was stolen recently and looking to SE a new one, I know about IMEI blacklisting but I'm not bothered by that. Currently, I'm looking to try and DNA the phone however, if anyone knows google support policies that means DNA isnt possible or a better method I'm all ears. Alternatively, I'm willing to pay someone to help me through the process if they do not wish to share a method they have.

I agree that 193 grams Is a little too heavy for the missing Item method.

You can opt for the wrong Item received method, or alternatively, box them by adding extra packing (to make up the weight) during shipment.
