I think you misunderstand what a google dork is.

A Google dork is a string that can be searched on google to find vulnerable pages. What you are explaining is just how to use Google's search functionality.

For example, say I have a vuln in phpbb 9.8.7 a google dork for it could simplly be

"Powered by phpBB 9.8.7"

or perhaps I know a specific file is often reused over many projects

inurlome-unique-file.php intitle:Vulnerable

Would be the google dork for some page that always has the word 'Vulnerable' in the title and is named some-unique-file.php

Google dorks are specific search strings to find vuln pages.

There are others like author: but they are bound to change and not included in google's offical list.
