Good online premium SMS services?

I'm looking for an online service that will provide me with a unique number from which I can send and receive SMS, do any of you know of such services?

For those telling me to purchase a new number, let me tell you that I don't want to. The reason is that in my country every time you purchase a sim card, you must register it under your name (using your card id) and so I don't want to go through all this hassle.

Yea that is what I'm looking for, but this website is for the US & Canada only? I'm in EU :/
