I decided to try to hit Gomibo.de. I ended up making an RTS Damage claim. They didn't issue a refund immediately and want to wait for the item to supposedly return to them, but we know that won't happen. I'll see what happens next and update the post.

They are pretty much known for not giving the money back. They will start a fully investigation and if they found out you manipulated something, they will most likely involve police/their lawyers

Even real costumers have issues, when giving back stuff to them. So yeah not a good idea to refund them in general

Could you give more details about your SE, from which domain you ordered and to which country, by which courier company?

.de it was LIT from a known boxer, after investigation, they found out the label was manipulated or something
They pressed charges, but luckily everything was on fake details.
