An Alienware computer.
I need someone that is good with photoshop to help and also someone to help get the security code.
I don't know when I'll do it but I want to try.

I don't think that even the box method works with them any more. As for the bio-hazard method, try pretending to cut yourself WHILE you're on the phone with the support agent. Make it convincing, yell to your brother or whoever that you need bandages, etc.
