Alright guys, so I contacted them today, saying that the package did not arrive. Since it was shipped through UPS, rep told me that they would open a ticket and get back to me in a few days with a response from UPS. Does this sound good to you?
(Oh and also I was SEing another company, that unfortunately shipped through UPS as well... so no DNA for them. No EB either because of weight... what do you suggest?)

It went weirdly onestly. The UPS guy came at my door today because he received the notice. We spoke for like half an hour, but I put it as if the package got stolen in the meantime my sister went to pick it up. He is saying that probably he is going to have to pay for it... What can I do here to not make him pay? (Like any UPS warranty/something...)
