Whenever I call in I seem to get the same person every time.
Same when I sent a ticket, always the same girl replying.

It’s as if they have no one else working there, and they always tell you to go make a claim with ups. Same like gopro tries.

Do you actually call/submit a ticket during different times of the day, weekdays & weekends Included?

Yes. I've figured they have x amount of people working on rotation over the phone during one day, so you will get the same person all day, depending on the days.
You can open a ticket via phone (which they do for you) and the reply is always from "Cindy"
It is beyond ridiculous.
They even took 2 weeks to send me my return label for a legit order and return.
Their Reviews everywhere reflect this.
