i sincerely apologize if you try this out and it doesn't work..i am not sure of it myself it succeeded once but the second time it failed 
..plz dont insult me if it doesnt work..i am noob anyway.
let the email id we are trying to hack be slave@Gmail.com
Step 1:

just type in your email address where you want the email to be sent to

2. re-enter the email address and then
Describe the problem you're experiencing* - select 'I believe someone has taken over my account'
3. Product information-
i > Do you use Gmail with this account?* - click yes
ii > Gmail username:* - 'the slave's email id just'
iii > Most recent recovery email address: 'if you know the write else leave it blank'
click 'no' on the rest and leave the rest untouched...

4. Other account information
Account creation date* - most important part of the whole thing..there is no simple way to get it...either ask the slave about the account creation date or i am telling you another way...but this will cost money....
If your slave have website use:If not you can use this:or
- probably you need a premium account yo get the email creation date
last successful login date - give something if you know.........
and then last password you remeber - type whatever just dont leave it blank
and then 'Please note that we need your IP address in order to resolve this issue. Your IP address will be captured automatically when you submit this form.'
u can directly ignore it and continue...its ur choice if not then i can only tell u how to get the external ip of the victim...gettiing dns number,deafult gateway or subnet mask is not easy..........ask the hackers here ....coder-san or seventh sage ....cant tell u anything else about it ....and there are some good ip-changers here on this iste 
...
u can try the netstat -n command while chattting with ur slave...one of the established ip should be ur slaves......so try this out if u want...
anyway this is how u should do it....

u'll get an email form the gmail support team telling u tht the information u have provided either matches or maybe not...if it matches they will give u the option to change the password ...else nothing else will happen.
