Strikethrough: Quoting long posts increases the length necessarily, especially if you add just one sentence after it and worsens the readability. It is customary and proper netiquette to not quote longs posts, so I suggest you follow that to make the forums cleaner for everyone. There's no need to repeat whole post you're replying to when it's just above yours, so please respect the behavior that will make the forums more readable and clean.

Also so you're stating that just because you think it is possible? I don't advise stating anything like that when you don't have any basis to support it. Creating a rootkit in batch is impossible from the very way rootkits and batch works, it might be possible to make limited rootkits (in ring 3) in some scripting languages that provide interfaces and libraries to do so (I don't mean exactly libraries to make rootkits, but rather access to the OS API and being able to exploit it). Still, to do a proper kernel mode rootkit, you NEED compiled language, therefore you can't make it with any scripting language (unless a compiler into native code is written, as well as constructs that allow low level access).

Also, while cautious is synonym of discreet, cautious has also several homonyms, so the cautious you might want is not the one that is a synonym of discreet. I'm just saying though, I'm not native English speaker and it just seemed personally weird to me (didn't know what you exactly meant), so it's just my personal opinion about word usage/mutual understanding. :3

In my opinion, it makes no difference. It's all your opinion. How does it worsen readability? By making it lengthier? I honestly don't see how that can worsen readability, it just adds text as to refer to what the post is replying too. It's become a habit for me to quote every post that I reply to, I'm not willing to change that any time soon, because I've never actually had anyone complain about it until now.
