Permanent Is just that- Indefinite. I'm not directing this at you, but more so as a general statement. On topic, If a ban were to remain "permanent", then I'm all for this suggestion.

Might be trolling, might be retarded, or might just think differently? Either way, it's not very nice to take away people's points unless we know for sure they won't be returning. We might add a system to appeal bans, then give away their NSP if their appeal is denied. It's better to have less NSP in circulation, though.
